New River WiFi for Buckler’s Hard Yacht Harbour

 

We are delighted to announce that Buckler’s Hard Yacht Harbour have chosen Grapevine to provide their new WiFi facility.  The guest WiFi network will cover the marina, river and fuel pontoons.  In addition, the harbour patrol boats will have access to mobile marine connectivity thanks to the provision of two Grapevine Connect Cloudcases.

Set on the Beaulieu River, Buckler’s Hard comprises a 110 berth marina and over 300 river moorings.  Credited with being one of the most picturesque rivers along the South Coast, it is located centrally on the Solent, within easy sailing of Southampton, Cowes and Lymington.

The new WiFi installation will be operational for the 2017 season.

Providing 3CX Support for Razz Publications

Grapevine are chuffed to have been awarded the 3CX support contract from Razz Publications.

The publishing house, based just outside of Exeter, is responsible for a selection of printed publications for families and schools in the South West of England, East Anglia and Scotland. These include the highly successful and popular Primary Times magazines for Cornwall, Devon, Plymouth, Dorset, Norfolk, Suffolk and Edinburgh published under franchise licences.

Devon Business Expo

Grapevine recently exhibited at the Devon Business Expo in Exeter.  The annual exhibition is in it’s forth year, and attracted over 1500 delegates from all manner of businesses across the South West.

Rachel Cox from Grapevine commented ‘It’s great to showcase our products at an exhibition such as this.  There were such a wide variety of people who stopped by to talk to us and see how we can help improve their business communications and connectivity.’

Grapevine achieves 3CX and Peplink Gold partner status

We’re chuffed to announce that Grapevine is a Gold Partner for 3CX and Peplink.  This is in recognition of our advanced certified engineering team on both products.

Introducing Grapevine Connect

Grapevine have been deploying the Peplink Balance product range to deliver reliable connectivity for voice over IP communications for some time now.  We have been really impressed with the functionality and stability of the product. So when faced with the challenge of delivering connectivity quickly, we needed a product that could be packaged up, despatched to site and turned on to provide internet access.

After testing the Peplink Max routers in house and carrying out some proof-of-concept testing with key customers, we decided to add these to our portfolio. (more…)

Today we are proud to celebrate the achievement of not one, but two of our technical engineers achieving Peplink Certified Engineer status.

What does thipeplink certfied engineers mean?  It means that Grapevine is recognised as an expert at making product recommendations, troubleshooting Peplink products and out-maneuvering competitors during RFQs. Peplink Certified Engineers get the latest scoop on Peplink products, and have an important say in their product creation process. Peplink certification is more than just about passing a test, it is about joining an elite community.
