3CX is a software-based PBX, which not only replaces proprietary phone systems, it also delivers a complete Unified Communications solution as it’s an open standards software IP PBX which can be integrated with other applications such as Salesforce, Google Contacts and Sage ACT.

There are still many instances where a cloud hosted VoIP solution is not the preference. For customers that need locally installed VoIP services we provide a range of hardware appliances and options or they can be deployed on your existing on-site server network.

ISDN

ISDN lines in contract? Not a problem; Grapevine can connect existing PSTN/ISDN lines to our cloud PBX and these can be utilised for the remainder of the contract to limit early termination fee’s and migrate to VoIP trunks when your business is ready.



When there is a need to retain local telephone network connectivity via PSTN / ISDN for security, resilience or compliance purposes we offer a range of hardware appliances suitable to the task.
