Hansford Bell Financial Planning Ltd came to Grapevine Connect with the problem; they had an old BT telephone system that had been end of life for some time and they were struggling to get replacement handsets that were compatible with the out dated PBX. It was also not giving them the flexibility that the business required in order to keep up with business trends. In addition to this, call costs were high and line rentals expensive due to working on old ISDN technology.

They required a new telephone system that would grow with the company and offer handsets with a lifetime warranty. Hansford Bell have grown over the years, and now are located on multiple premises, so it was vital to be able to have one centralised system to streamline business processes and connect all employees effortlessly.

Grapevine Connect installed our cloud hosted 3CX Telephone System using Yealink IP handsets. The system was provided using a 3CX 8 simultaneous call license. This means that they can make up to 8 calls on the system at the same time, additionally allowing them to add an unlimited number of telephone extensions at no further cost. The system was provided with Yealink’s T-42G & T-46G IP handsets which deliver HD voice along with a wide range of call features including BLF keys for everyone in the business. In addition to this, Grapevine installed a dedicated voice only FTTC broadband connection to carry traffic to and from the multiple offices back to our data centre.

The benefits and cost savings were immediate as all calls to UK Local & National numbers were free and channel rental was low as SIP Trunking technology was leveraged.
